We provide AI visibility audits and related consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, fees and timelines for any engagement are confirmed with you before work begins.
No guarantees
AI tools change frequently and are controlled by third parties. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, mention, recommendation or business outcome. Our reports reflect conditions at the time of testing.
Payment
Fees are due as agreed in writing before or during the engagement. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are non-refundable once work has started.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to use our recommendations lawfully. You are responsible for decisions you make based on our work.
Intellectual property
Website content belongs to us. Once paid in full, you may use the report we deliver for your own business purposes. We may keep anonymized, non-identifying insights to improve our methods.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant service.
